This fruit punch is the perfect recipe to whip up for your New Year's party! It is so simple to make but tastes absolutely delicious!
This makes 4 serves
400ml sparkling water
500ml 100% cranberry juice
Mint, to garnish
- Divide the grapes and blueberries evenly over 2 ice-cube trays. Cover with cold water and place in the freezer for 3-4 hours or overnight until set.
- Cut the orange, lemon and lime into thin slices and add to a punch bowl or large (1.5-2L capacity) serving jug.
- Pour over the sparkling water and cranberry juice. Add the fruit ice cubes and cherries, and stir to combine.
- Serve immediately, garnished with mint leaves. Enjoy!
