These two stories that I have to share with you girls this week are SO inspirational! I am so proud of both of these ladies!

BBG guide review

This is the lovely Alex who sent me this email:

"Before starting the BBG Guides I had tried hundreds of diets that in the long term never paid off because I always gained back all the weight. I have been dieting since i was 12. I lost a 20 lbs before with a shake diet (but let's face it...drinking shakes almost ALL the time...not great).

I decided to change my lifestyle the day I weighed myself and finally saw 3 numbers on the scale. Finally hit 100kg. I was at my worst and had the worst self esteem. One day I opened Instagram, I didn't know that my cousin was doing the BBG Guide and there she was, Kayla posted a picture of her. I didn't recognize her at all. Then I STALKED Kayla's Instagram (watching every before and after) I figured out if they can do it, why can't I?

Before starting the guide (June 2015), I weighed 200lbs and was size 14 and I am now at 136 pounds and a size 6! I never thought I would like to exercise, but turns out I can't live without it anymore. Not only do I feel more confident but I have WAAAAYY more energy and I can truly say I finally feel beautiful and strong.

I was using both the BBG Guide and the H.E.L.P Guide (which REALLLLY helped me haha)

BBG transformation

This is the lovely Laura who sent me this email:

"Kayla and the BBG team,

I wanted to share my 1 year progress pictures with you. I am so happy there are no words and I wanted to thank you from the bottom of my heart. You helped save my life.

I struggled with mental health combined with eating disorders and body dysmorphia for many years. Last January, I was hitting my limit. I needed help and I was essentially alone. So I took the first step and started with #thekaylamovement in 2015.

Each week I saw physical progress and that helped me take major strides mentally. Plus I found the support system I needed in the BBG community you have created. I sincerely mean it when I say I don't know where I would be, if I would even be here, if I hadn't found you, Kayla.

If you would like, I would be comfortable if you shared my story with your followers. I don't think the mental health aspect that is often combined with weight issues is addressed enough. If my story can help one person, it would mean the world.
