Transformations Like Whoa!

One of my favorite things about training and nutrition education, is to see the affects and positive changes it has on people's lives. The first step towards this, is realizing that you are AMAZING and 100% capable of attaining what you want. A few things to get out of the way though:

  • Will it be easy? UM, absolutely not.
  • So it is going to hurt?! Not that bad. And what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, right?
  • Ok, well will it be worth it?!?! YES YES YES, 100x YES

After witnessing first hand the amazing transformations of thousands of women, I can say with absolute confidence, that it is always worth it. The girls featured in my transformations have worked their butts off! Their stories are SO inspiring, and keep me personally motivated on a daily basis to better myself and help others do the same. 

So, now an inspiring story of epic proportions!

I would like to introduce the lovely Grace Lyng (@haus_of_grace). She, like many women, was in fine shape, but had zero energy, and lacked body confidence. Remember, being in shape is not just about how you look, but mostly about how you feel inside and out. Many girls forego  training and nutrition methods to achieve results faster, but sacrifice their health. How can you live a happy and positive life, if you don't have the energy to enjoy it?! Grace is an inspiration because she took the first steps to changing her eating habits, and incorporating a new type of exercise. Starting anything new is always the hardest part, but you will find from Grace's story, that it was 100% worth it.

Enter Grace:

"Flashback to about a year ago. I wasn't happy with my appearance or the way I felt about my body, mainly my stomach and thighs. I was always feeling bloated and tired, sometimes even lacking the energy to go for a walk. At the time, I was doing a lot of exercise, mostly cardio, and eating pretty well, or so I thought...I knew something was off because how could I seemingly be putting in all this work, and not getting the results I wanted?

After the first week of starting Kayla's training style, I noticed a big difference in how I felt. The H.E.L.P ebook taught me which foods were the best to eat and in what proportions. I suddenly had more energy, and instantly began to feel better about myself. This gave me more motivation to keep it up and stick to the eating guidelines, as well as the workouts in the bikini body guide. After only one month, my body weight and shape had changed completely. I was thinner, leaner, and felt way stronger. I also had enough energy to power through workouts, and keep me going throughout the day. I feel like a completely different person, and to think that it only took a matter of week is just mind blowing. 

It is a year later, and I keep up with exercise by walking 4-5 times per week, and do two of the bikini body workouts each week. I am SO happy with the way I look and feel, and really proud of myself for keeping at it. It wasn't easy at all times, but I always felt great after finishing each workout. I had been training for nearly a year before discovering Kayla, and it wasn't until I began her using her methods that I saw the biggest change. I still have areas I want to improve, but I am approaching them with more confidence in myself than when I started."

Girls, when you look at the photo above, you should see a before, an after and an amazing story of personal achievement. Don't just see the weight loss, as that is only one tiny factor in the amazing journey that so many girls have been on. Confidence, happiness and pride will remain forever.
