Transformations To End 2014!

We are so close to the end of the year and welcoming 2015! These two transformations are of amazing girls who have put the effort in, and achieved incredible results. They reached their health and fitness goals for this year, which is proof you can reach yours in 2015!! 

This is the lovely @beckmc86 who sent me this email 
"Before starting Kayla's guide I was going to the gym quite regularly mainly doing classes and although they were fun I never really felt the progress I was looking for. Without paying for a trainer I wasn't sure how to structure workouts on my own. When I started the guide I thought I was pretty fit, but I could not believe how much of a challenge it was for such a short workout. One of my favourite things about the guide was seeing the progress each week in my fitness levels and stamina, I would look forward to the workouts as each one felt like an achievement. For me it wasn't about losing weight but feeling healthier, more confident and knowing that I could stick to something. Kayla's guides are priceless, they have led to a positive lifestyle change I can't see myself ever going back from, and made me realise that if you really want something..just do it! Can't wait to start the second guide next week :)"

"I have always loved health and fitness but for a while I was going through phases of eating healthy for a period then binging every now and then. It was a constant cycle which left me feeling hopeless. I was frustrated because I wasn’t getting the results I wanted (probably because I was relying on cardio to get to my goal).
