Tuesday Motivation!

This week's transformations are a perfect example that anyone can do my guides - no matter what your starting point. These beautiful girls have put in SO much effort and hard work, learning about healthy living along the way. Their dedication to my guides has paid off! They are both looking amazing and most importantly, feeling confident in their own skin. 

This is the amazing @zelakiewhateva who sent me this lovely email - "In my young teen years, I struggled with my weight and my self image. I wasn't happy with how I looked or how other people treated me because of how I looked. One day, I decided that I wanted to change something and I started eating healthier and exercising everyday. Once I started to see results, I wanted to go further and further. I tried many programs and saw some results but I needed more. I finally came across Kayla's BBG and as soon as I started it, I felt a difference in less than a week. I had more energy, I felt stronger and after another week, I saw changes in my body! By the end of the 12 weeks, I had lost 40 pounds and dropped 7 pant sizes! Now, I am in the best shape of my life, but I am not finished! I am going to keep going, and keep improving! I have turned into a whole new person with a passion for healthy living, good food and being the best that I can be!"

This is the awesome @lauren_hodgson31 who sent in this 10 week transformation along with this email - "I'm 21 I've always been sporty growing up but never got the body I dreamed of. I did Insanity last summer basically cardio cardio cardio 5 days a week but I never saw the muscle definition I desired, finding Kayla's guides has helped me so much, I have way more energy and go to the gym before work, the workouts mix it up and keep it fresh and exciting whilst seeing the progress.
