Amazing Bikini Body Guide Transformations!

This week I am sharing some more Bikini Body Training Guide transformations with you! These girls have worked very hard and achieved amazing results. Sometimes it is not just about weightloss, but about how you feel on the inside and outside. There is nothing more important than being confident in your own skin and feeling strong, healthy and full of energy!

This is the lovely @lucymk2 and in her email she wrote to me:

"Before I found the BBTG I did ZERO exercise apart from the odd exercise class, I have a naturally high metabolism and am quite tall so I could get away with eating whatever I felt like (to an extent). I was in no way overweight but I was definitely not healthy at all and while I was at university it only got worse and I felt bloated and uncomfortable most days and I had almost decided to just accept that that was how I would feel everyday. After getting my degree I felt like I had conquered something and really really wanted to make a fresh start in the summer and get off my bum and conquer myself!! 

It had been in the back of my mind for years, and apart from health, my self confidence was so low that it dictated what I did, where I went and the type of clothes I wore. I didn’t think I could commit to any kind of exercise or see anything like this through to the end…I had started to tell myself that I was more lazy than I was bothered about my health and fitness, which is NOT a good place to be! I finally decided that I was SO sick of being in my own way and not being the best I could possibly be! 

I found your IG account by chance and bought the BBTG in August 2014! I barely told anybody about the journey I was undertaking because I knew I would be faced with the ‘you’re already skinny’ or ‘go and eat a burger’, and I did face negativity from people…even some hostility for saying no to an unhealthy snack…I heard ‘you don’t need to’ a lot, and it made me wonder how my choices affect those people and why they should discourage it so much….but it doesn’t affect them so I stopped caring what they said and did it because I WANTED TO! 

I chose not to purchase the HELP nutrition guide but I did a lot of research and decided to cut out junk food, and made sure to start eating a balance of fruits, veggies, lean proteins, healthy grains, fats and everything in between…and the BBTG community on Instagram helps MASSIVELY for meal ideas, inspiration and motivation! I couldn’t have done it without all the BBG girls (and guys)!! 

I still let myself have a treat every now and then and I love cookies, cake and chocolate as much as the next girl! But I’ve learnt that the feeling of accomplishment I get from growing in strength, fitness and happiness SMASHES that short lived feeling that comes from feeding emotions and infecting my body with all that bad food. 

Having structured workouts is amazing, especially for an exercise rookie like me, and being able to do it all at home was a huge plus for my lack of confidence. 

I haven’t looked back for ONE second since starting the BBTG, changing my lifestyle this way is the best thing I have ever done, it has completely changed my outlook on health, food, fitness and life in general and am so so SO much happier...inside and out! 

I could go on forever and I cannot say THANK YOU enough!! Kayla you are a genius!!

"I was always an active person, until I had finished school and I stopped all my exercising and I had put on a lot of weight and wasn't feeling comfortable in my body at all, and I knew that it need to change.
