These two ladies (and incredible mother's) have put in so much hard work and dedication, I am so proud of them! There may be times where working out and trying to be healthy can be really challenging, but if you always keep your goal insight I promise you will get there!

This is the amazing @wedding.dress.ready who sent me this lovely email:

"I just wanted to share my progress photos with you. This is me after completing the 12wk BBG. What a crazy, difficult, wonderful, hard and amazing 12 weeks it has been! 
I am a mother of two boys under 3. I work night shifts. I am getting married in Fiji in May. I have social commitments and yet I managed to get results I'm proud of. 
I cannot thank you enough Kayla. I was lucky enough to stumble across you on Instagram and it took a few months before I was ready to 'commit' to the exercise program. I've generally been relatively fit and have been able to eat what I want (within reason) but after having my two boys, that all changed. I gained almost 20kg with each pregnancy and even though I lost the bulk of it with just walking, I was weak and unmotivated, eating terribly, struggling to shake the last few kilos and generally unhappy with how I looked and felt (I admit, my eating is still not the best and I have a bit if work to do in that department). But now, after completing the 12wk BBG I feel stronger, I feel fitter, I have lost a few kilos, my stamina has dramatically improved and I can run distances (almost) easily. Overall, I am happier and I look forward to my workouts! I still have off days where I feel sluggish or the boys are a handful or work is tough and I just want to crawl into bed, but on the whole, I feel so much more amazing. So thank you, thank you, thank you! There is still a long way to go for me but I'm so much more closer now and that I something to proud of. This is just the beginning! BBG2.0 here I come!

"After having my daughter last year my weight was always going up and down. I would go on these stupid no carb diets ect, and let's be honest, they never work nor do they last long. I was dropping weight and gaining it back just as quick. I felt like crap and was finding it hard to loose my post pregnancy weight. I was at the heaviest I had been in a very long time. When I was younger I battled anorexia for nearly two years. It is a horrible thing to try and over come mentally and physically . I honestly didn't think it is was possible to eat normal food including carbs and loose weight. That was until about 10 weeks ago when I came across your training and eating guide. I had enough of feeling like crap and thought stuff it, I'm going to do it. Having a baby and not being able to just go to the gym when it suited me was hard but your program allowed me to do it all in the comfort of my own home. I followed both your eating and training guide and haven't looked back. I am still breastfeeding my daughter so I wanted to make sure my milk supply didn't drop and still have a healthy and balanced diet for myself and her. Your eating guide provided me with all of that. Kayla you have changed my life in more ways then I could of ever imagined. I love my lifestyle now! I love the food I eat, I love the training I do. I have so much more energy now and feel the best I have felt in a very long time.  I'm up to week 10 on your guide with 2 weeks to go. I have already purchased your next guide and can't wait to start it.  I would never be able to thank you enough for what you have done for me. You are such an inspiration.. I will forever be grateful"
