Amazing BBG Transformations!

I have some incredible transformations to share with you this week! I am SO proud of both these women you NEED to read their amazing stories.

This is the lovely @zzaichu who sent me this email:

"Soooooooo I'm from Argentina, I went to live in Australia for 2 years, and Australia CHANGED my life literally, I have the best boyfriend and now fiance ever, and I found the BBG Guide because of a friend who used to have problems with food and now she is really healthy and feeling really good!!!! So I decided to give it a go! I have been always a training girl, but I used to eat really bad, like once a week in maccas, and all fast food, which didnt help my body at all, specially my skin!!!

I didnt used to pay attention at all to the foods that I used to eat... I just ate whatever I have in front of me, and then I used to be active but not in the way that I'm now training like Kayla. 
I decide change it because I realised that from size 25 I went to size 30!!! Which is crazy. Apart from that I was feeling bad every time that I had to wear a bikini or so, showing all the cellulite over my legs! I wasn't taking care of me at all... I was enjoying eating just fast food but then not liking what I was seeing in the mirror... and now I love how much better I feel after I have a healthy lunch rather than eating junk food the whole time!

I also noticed a HUGE difference in clothing size!!! I used to have really big legs, like none of my pants could go further because of my legs haha and then of course the big bum... I have my self confidence up to the top top top, I'm sooooooooooooooo happy with my new ME!!!! Its not just about the body I know, but it feels so good fit again back in my old jeans, and having good meals, feeling good the whole time! I cooked every single meal from your HELP Nutrition Guide, so I always had enery the whole time to train! Thank You!!"

This is the lovely @clairebrown_bbg who sent me this email:

"I am a 43 year old mother of 2 working full time with such a hectic lifestyle. I never worked out & ate so badly. It just made me so miserable & I never thought I would be able to change. In January I accidentally stumbled across your page whilst browsing Instagram. I saw all these incredible women & decided to join them. I started on January 5th. 40 weeks later I have lost 21 pounds and I have actually got muscles that I never knew existed. I have been totally re-educated regarding my diet - although I don't always use the HELP Guide, I always look forward to your emails & recipes.

I feel like a completely different person to who I was at the start of the year & I know that this journey will continue for me. My only regret is that I didn't start it sooner!!"
