Amazing Bikini Body Guide Results

I want to share two incredible transformations this week, using both my Bikini Body Guides and Sweat With Kayla App these girls have achieved amazing results!

"I have been using Kayla's guides for a while but got out of the habit of exercising for a couple of months.

I love her Sweat With Kayla App and it's really helped me get back on track with her guides by seeing the workouts and having so many meal ideas for what to do - especially as I'm vegan. It's been so useful to have some vegan meal ideas.

My pictures are based on results with the BBG Guides. Before I was 21 yrs old 10st 4 and now I'm 8st 8. I never thought I'd be under 9 stone again! I feel so much happier now knowing I'm doing the right thing for my body, I sleep better at night and have a lot more energy.

BBG Results

This is the gorgeous Lohandi who sent me this email:

"Hi there team!

I have always struggled with my weight. Although I've always been quite active, I was so blinded by society's perception of what to do and eat in order to lose weight. This resulted in years of under eating, binging and over exercising. I've tried every diet which resulted in damage to my metabolism and the inefficient functioning of my hormones.

The photo on the left I was under eating and restricting every form of food. This just resulted in binges and me trying to run it off on the treadmill.

The middle picture was taken when I was at my heaviest weight. Even though I was on holiday in a beautiful place, I was so miserable and I felt so hopeless. Despite my best efforts, I just couldn't lose weight. I hated my body and had such a bad relationship with food.

When I found Kayla and the BBG I never in a million years thought someone that I have never even met would change my life the way she did. I was sceptical at first - only 28minutes three times a week and eating carbs?? That couldn't work.

Boy was I wrong! I tried the first workout and despite being quite fit (I thought) IT WAS TOUGH! The next day was even worse. I could barely walk, but it was a weird sense of satisfaction and accomplishment!

Since then I've completed the BBG 1.0 twice and plan on incorporating it in my weight training as well.

The picture on the right was taken this morning. I am so much stronger, mentally and physically. I have found a passion for fitness and continuously read up on how to nourish my body.

My journey is my motivation. My progress, no matter how small and slow, is my motivation. I am nowhere near where I want to be, but I'm so excited to push myself and see where I can go.

Thank you for being an inspiration and for empowering so many women around the world to take back control and find inner happiness and self acceptance.
