Tabata uses short, high-intensity interval training, which means you will get a tough workout in a just a few minutes.
How does Tabata training work?
Tabata training combines 20 second bursts where you exercise as hard as you can, followed by a 10-second rest. This is repeated for 8 rounds, which last for 4 minutes in total. It sounds short, but trust me, it is INTENSE!
