How To Do the Workout:Set a timer for 7 minutes and complete the circuit with the set amount of reps as many times as you can. Have a 60 second rest and repeat for another 7 minutes.
Welcome to my Summer Sweat Series! For all the girls who missed out or can’t come to my Sweat Tour, I will be uploading weekly workouts to form a 4 Week Challenge that you can complete from the comfort of your own home! This challenge includes BBG exercises that can be found in my Sweat With Kayla app. If you have never worked out before, don’t stress! This workout can be done by people of ALL fitness levels. Simply complete the three resistance sessions every week. If you’re wanting to do a little extra, I recommend going for 2-3 fast-paced walks lasting 20-45 minutes each.
