We all know motivation is the key to following a healthy lifestyle plan. I also understand that some days you look forward to working out, while other days you really can’t wait for it to be over. If you find the will to sweat it out is a little bit lacking, take comfort knowing plenty of your fellow BBG girls have felt the same way at some point. Brush it off and be ready to commit again tomorrow. That’s why I’ve put together this list of 10 thoughts we’ve all had while working out.

When you start that one exercise you can’t stand, and immediately start to regret it.
When your fringe just won’t play nice and suddenly you start thinking ‘Can I get away with wearing a sweatband?’

Urgh, WHY is the treadmill covered in sweat?
I so need my foam roller and a good stretch right now.
