Put the "I" in confidence!
Confidence is something we can all struggle with at times. Unfortunately, some people's comments or opinions can have a negative effect on your self esteem and they don't even realise it. Girls, if there is one piece of advice I can give you today, it is - confidence is the key to success. You don't need other people to make you feel confident. You can do it all by yourself! Here's how.
You CAN do it!
Don't let people make you feel like you can't do something, when trust me, YOU can. People who tell you that you can't, usually want to see you fail. You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to. Prove them wrong! Use their negativity to your advantage. Keep telling yourself "I can and will do it!".
Take progress photos
While you are using my Bikini Body Training Guide, remember to take progress photos as you progress throughout the 12 weeks. It can be really difficult to see the amazing changes in your body when you are looking at yourself every day. By comparing progress photos, you will be able to physically see those changes week by week or month by month. This will give your confidence a HUGE boost and keep you motivated!
The scales won't make you happy!
I always try to make this really clear - it doesn't matter what the number is on the bathroom scales. If you feel healthy and happy, that is all that matters! Confidence is a beautiful glow that shows when you are happy within yourself, that is the most important thing.
