Achieve Your Goals With My BBG Sweat Challenge
The past year has had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all, the BBG Community has been there for each other.
No matter where you are in your fitness journey — or even if you haven’t yet started — you can find motivation and support from amazing women around the world who make up our incredible community!
If you’re looking for an opportunity to achieve your health and fitness goals and be encouraged by other women in the BBG Community, I’ve created my new six-week at-home Sweat Challenge for you. It’s for women everywhere who want to commit to their training using my BBG programs, and it starts on January 11, 2021.
For six weeks, you can join women around the world in being active, sticking to a healthy routine, and becoming more confident — together we Sweat!
How do I join the Sweat Challenge?
You can join the Sweat Challenge through the Sweat app. Once you become a member of Sweat, you can sign up to join my new, exclusive BBG Challenge program, created specifically for the Sweat Challenge. A banner will appear in the app that lets you sign up — to see this you’ll need to make sure you have updated to the latest version of Sweat from the App Store or Google Play.
My BBG Challenge has two at-home workout options you can choose from — whether you want to train with no equipment, using just your bodyweight to exercise, or you have some home-gym equipment to use for your workouts.
The “Equipment” option is for anyone who has access to some basic home gym equipment; a chair, resistance band, skipping rope and dumbbells. This exclusive Sweat Challenge program will include BBG style workouts.
Once you have chosen which option you’ll be doing, there are two levels of difficulty to select from: “Starting Out” and “Challenge Me”.
"Starting Out" is best for any BBG Community members who are new to working out, or returning to training after a break.
The "Challenge Me" option has workouts that are a bit harder and will push you. This level of difficulty is for intermediate or advanced members who have a foundational level of fitness.
The Sweat Challenge starts on Monday, January 11, 2021, and runs until Sunday, February 22, 2021. You can register to join until Sunday, January 31, 2021.
What happens during the BBG Challenge?
When the BBG Challenge starts, it will run for six weeks, with new, exclusive, 28-minute workouts that you can do at home.
On the first day of each week, your BBG Challenge workouts for the next seven days will appear in the app.
The BBG training style can be done at home, and my six-week BBG Challenge programs have been designed to progressively build your strength and fitness.
In your weekly BBG Challenge program you’ll find:
- 3-4 Resistance workouts
- 2 Express workouts (optional)
- 1 Challenge Bonus workout
- 2-3 Low-intensity steady-state cardio sessions
- 2 Recovery sessions (including one rest day)
The BBG Challenge has some amazing features
There are new Challenge Bonus workouts each week — they are high-intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio workouts. This style of training is really effective — it will build your cardiovascular fitness and boost your metabolism, even after you’ve finished your workout.
The weekly Express workouts have a focus on abdominals or legs and are a great option if you’re short on time and want to do a quick workout.
If you have an Apple Watch, you can use it to access your BBG Challenge program, making it even easier to work out anywhere, anytime.

Schedule your way to success
At the start of each week, you will see your BBG Challenge workouts on the “My Program” dashboard in the Sweat app. They will also appear in your Planner, which you can access via the icon in the bottom of your screen.
You can use the Planner to schedule your week, and if you need to move your workouts, you can — the idea is to make your timetable work for YOU!
Using the Planner feature is a great way to set a healthy routine and keep yourself accountable to your health and fitness goals.
The BBG Challenge has a session available for each day of the week; resistance workouts, cardio, Express workouts or recovery sessions, including one recovery session for your rest day.

This Challenge is for EVERYONE. No matter what fitness level you are, or what equipment you have, you are able to do this Sweat Challenge and achieve your fitness goals.
If you’re new to Sweat, it’s also a chance for you to get to know the BBG Community, which is made up of incredible women who support other women and connect through fitness. Together we Sweat!
