This is the lovely Remi who sent me this email: 


I had been working full time across a few jobs and I got into a really bad habit of eating crap through the day, getting exhausted after work and then eating more junk food once I was home because it was convenient and made me feel better.

When I weighed myself I was kind of mortified, I've always weighed around 60kg, and I was OVER 70?! It nearly bloody killed me! Anyway, I used both of the guides (the workouts and the HELP guide for a bit of inspiration) with a friend and lost 10kg in 12 weeks! 

It was so much easier to take things in my stride when I felt like everyday was a new opportunity to do better and to improve myself. I lost 10kg, a dress size and can now work out confidently just in a sports bra (something that literally terrified me before BBG).

I feel more positive, and somehow miraculously over the process (I've been doing BBG now since around October of last year) my goal has completely shifted from how I look to how I FEEL.

I stopped being embarrassed about how I looked in the gym in a sports bra because it didn't matter to me at all! I was doing these crazy challenging exercises and I was so much more aware of what I was ACCOMPLISHING rather than how I looked. Now it barely crosses my mind. That's a sort of confidence I would never have found without BBG!!!!

Sweat With Kayla

This is the lovely Jennifer who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla, 

Before starting BBG, I was in a huge rut at the gym. I would go to the gym, do my routine 15 minute warmup on the treadmill, and then do strength training for the rest of the time. I would end up spending at least an hour at the gym. Multiply that times (hopefully) 3 to 4 days a week, and the gym stopped fitting into my schedule. I wasn’t out of shape, but I definitely wasn’t strong. I was looking for something that would be effective and also fit into my schedule.

I’ve been committed to working out for the past few years, but nothing I was doing was making a huge impact in my life. I decided to start BBG after seeing someone post about it on Facebook. I looked into the program and liked that the workouts were quick and didn’t require much equipment. I can’t believe that these 28 minute workout 3x/week are so effective!!

I don’t think I’ve gone down in clothing size, but I have noticed that my clothes fit much differently than they did before I started BBG. My jeans are looser around my waist, but tighter around my thighs because I’ve put on muscle. My butt also fills out my jeans much better :)

I most definitely have more energy when I’m doing the BBG program than when I’m not. I wake up easier and sleep a lot better. My self-confidence has risen since starting BBG and noticing changes in my body. I feel more comfortable with myself and how I look in my clothes.
