The A.B.C Healthy Juice Recipe

How's this for a juice! The "ABC Juice" includes three of my favourite ingredients - apple, beetroot and carrot. It might sound like a crazy mix but it is so yummy! 

Ingredients (serves 2):

  • 1 apple, washed and stem removed
  • 1 large beetroot, peeled
  • 6 carrots, washed and ends removed

  1. Chop all ingredients into small enough pieces to fit through your juicer chute
  2. Juice it!
  3. Pour into glasses and enjoy!
