Healthy Raspberry Smoothie Bowl Recipe

I love smoothie bowls, they are so tasty and always Instagram worthy! This raspberry smoothie bowl is super healthy and is perfect to whip up any time of the day. 

1 cup (250ml) frozen raspberries
1 cup (250ml) frozen mango or peach chunks
1 cup (250ml) coconut water
1/2 cup ice
1 tbs honey
1 tbs chia seeds
Handful of homemade muesli/granola
1 tbs pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
Sweat with Kayla
1. Place raspberries, mango, coconut water, ice and honey into a blender and blend well.
2. Top with chia seeds, muesli and pepitas.
