This is one of my favourite smoothies! It is SO refreshing and really helps to wake you up with the addition of the green tea. I know it may sound like an odd combo at first, but trust me it actually tastes great!
1 green tea bag
3 tbsp boiling water
1 tsp honey
1 medium banana, chopped then frozen
160g frozen blueberries (1 cup)
100g low-fat yoghurt
250ml low-fat milk
1 tbsp LSA
- Place tea bag in a cup and pour over the boiling water. Leave to steep for 4 minutes. Squeeze and remove tea bag and set aside to cool.
- Stir honey into the tea until it dissolves.
- Combine banana, berries, yoghurt, milk, LSA and tea to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
