This smoothie is SO delicious and it looks super pretty in a jar or clear smoothie glass! If you are looking for something easy & impressive to whip up on Christmas day, you need to try this recipe.
This makes 2 serves
170g frozen mixed berries
1 mango, chopped
2 frozen bananas
200g plain yoghurt
250ml milk of choice
- To make the Berry Smoothie: place the berries, one banana, 100g yoghurt, 125ml of milk and some ice in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour into the bottom of two glasses. To create the swirl effect: pour the smoothie mix gently down the side of the glass, twisting the glass between pouring.
- Rinse out the blender, ready for the second smoothie.
- To make the Mango Smoothie: place the mango, remaining banana, yoghurt, milk and some ice in a blender and blend until well combined. Using a spoon, gently add the mango smoothie on top of the berry smoothie.
- To garnish: top with a few berries and some mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
