Festive Mango & Berry Smoothie Recipe

This smoothie is SO delicious and it looks super pretty in a jar or clear smoothie glass! If you are looking for something easy & impressive to whip up on Christmas day, you need to try this recipe.

This makes 2 serves

Ingredients:
170g frozen mixed berries
1 mango, chopped
2 frozen bananas
200g plain yoghurt
250ml milk of choice
Ice cubes

Method:

  1. To make the Berry Smoothie: place the berries, one banana, 100g yoghurt, 125ml of milk and some ice in a blender and blend until well combined. Pour into the bottom of two glasses. To create the swirl effect: pour the smoothie mix gently down the side of the glass, twisting the glass between pouring.
  2. Rinse out the blender, ready for the second smoothie.
  3. To make the Mango Smoothie: place the mango, remaining banana, yoghurt, milk and some ice in a blender and blend until well combined. Using a spoon, gently add the mango smoothie on top of the berry smoothie.
  4. To garnish: top with a few berries and some mint leaves. Serve immediately and enjoy!
