Blueberry Banana Breakfast Smoothie Recipe

This is the ultimate morning breakfast smoothie! It’s healthy, creamy and SO satisfying! The perfect way to start your day :)

Ingredients (serves 1):
30g rolled oats
1 medium banana
100g fresh or frozen blueberries
2 tsp LSA
250ml low-fat milk (or milk of your choice)
100g low-fat plain yoghurt
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp honey (optional)

Pre order

Method:

1.Place the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.


2. Pour into a tall glass or jar and enjoy!
