Spend your summer time (or right now) sipping on this all natural, refreshingly sweet Pink Lemonade!
Ingredients (serves 2):
250ml (1 cup) water
70g (½ cup) raspberries, fresh or frozen
1½ - 2 lemons, juiced
75g (¼ cup) honey
250ml (1 cup) sparkling water
½ lemon, sliced
1. Place the water, raspberries, lemon juice and honey in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour through a sieve to remove the raspberry seeds. Add extra lemon juice if you prefer a more tart flavour.
2. Pour the sieved juice into a serving pitcher or jug. Add the sparkling water, ice cubes and sliced lemon and enjoy!
