Summer Salad Recipe

This is my go-to Summer Salad. It’s fresh, simple to make and colourful! Brought together by a delicious lemon chia dressing, it’ll be a hit on a warm summer's day :)

Ingredients (serves 1):
¼ medium red capsicum, sliced
2 medium radish, sliced
½ medium cucumber, sliced
4 red cherry tomatoes, halved
4 yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
1 small handful baby chard leaves
fresh basil leaves, to taste

Dressing (serves 1) :
Lemon chia dressing
Pre order
1. Place all the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss gently to combine.

To serve, place the salad on a serving plate and drizzle over the dressing. Enjoy!
