Easy Overnight Oats Recipe

I always get asked what I eat for breakfast and these overnight oats are one of my favourite healthy recipes to make when I know I'm not going to have a lot of time the next morning!

You can prepare them the night before and eat them on-the-go the next day or use that extra 10 minutes to sleep in. The best thing is you can experiment with any flavours you like, try adding different fruits, nuts, seeds and even peanut butter.
