Weightloss & Transformation Stories Using The BBG!

I have some incredible transformations to share with you girls this week, both of these ladies put in SO much effort and have achieved incredible results from using the Bikini Body Training Guide!

"Hey Kayla!! Just wanted to share my story with you about how you have impacted my life in the most incredible, amazing way:

Even though I was a swimmer for 12 years, was active otherwise, and ate very healthy (or so I thought), in recent years I’ve had extreme difficulty keeping the weight off. I exercised often and did my best to eat as well as I could during my freshman year of college. Despite my efforts, nothing worked. I struggled to stay positive, confident, and happy in this state.

After finally getting past negative thoughts such as my idea that getting in shape was impossible, I was motivated to try BBG. I pushed away my belief that I could not change for the better and instead took on the mindset that I could conquer this challenge and that it was indeed possible to reach my fitness goals. The change was far more difficult than I was expecting and I wanted to quit so many times. But I quickly realized that it doesn’t matter how many times you fail or how often you feel inadequate/ discouraged. Instead, it’s about becoming intrinsically motivated and trying again and again to improve for you, and for you alone. Crazy things happen when you stop comparing yourself to others and focusing on looking good for other people.

Now I am so much healthier, stronger, and most importantly, happier. I have so much energy and my mentality and outlook on life have improved immensely. This has allowed me to achieve things I never thought I'd be able to accomplish. I’ve now completed two rounds of BBG and am on week 16 of BBG 2. Kayla, thank you SO much for inspiring me and teaching how to genuinely enjoy a balanced lifestyle! I’m so grateful that I’ve been able to learn how to improve myself in this way.

This is the lovely Maartje who sent me this email:

"Hi Team Kayla,

I send you my 6 weeks progress and you asked me to send my 12 weeks progress if the time was there. Well, here it is! 12 weeks after my first workout. It was a time with lots of sweat, hate, love and of course progression! I really love those 28 minute workouts because you sweat a lot and it don't take that much time! And I'll definitely continue this program!
