This is the lovely Katrina who sent me this email:
"My lifestyle before Kayla's BBG Guides was sporadic at best. I would start, stop and change my "habits" if I wasn't seeing any changes in my body or weight in a short amount of time. I focused primarily on adding exercise and tried to fool myself into thinking that the foods I ate were healthy or better for me than I was previously eating. I have struggled with weight for most of my life and hid behind fad diets and crazy exercise plans that just didn't work. I was always trying something new and when it didn't show results right away, I would slack off and eventually quit.
On the way back from a weekend out of town, lots of pictures were taken and I was going through them. It just hit me, I was so unhappy with every photo and unhappy with the girl I'd become mentally as well. My fiance and I spoke about our lifestyle and how we'd like to improve the foods we ate and the exercise schedule we maintained. I randomly (thankfully) saw a post about BBG and started to investigate. I bought BBG 1.0 that night.
The biggest change I've noticed as been in my pants, they have gotten loose in the waist and hip areas!!! :) My energy level has dramatically increased with the scheduled workouts and the balanced diet. As for self confidence, it is something I have always struggled with and continue to struggle with. However, the BBG community of women have tremendously improved my outlook on myself. I see other women who have similar struggles and I don't feel alone. It is uplifting. I can finally look at myself in the mirror and see the changes, see the positive outcomes from the good habits i have formed.
I've lost 13lbs so far by following the Bikini Body Guide 1.0. I bought the Nutrition H.E.L.P. Guide and use it as a reference guide more than a daily guide.

This is the lovely @sophiegetfit_bbg who sent me this email:
"Before I started BBG, I was really overweight and unhappy. Even my doctor told me I had to make changes, and I am only 22. I would only wear flowy clothes and just did not love myself fully. I knew I had to make some lifestyle changes.
As someone with a hypothyroid, I was not taking care of myself. I could tell it was off, so it was making me gain weight, it put me in a bad mood, made me depressed. I went to a new doctor to get my medication fixed and that was the first time I had weighed myself. I was at my heaviest and I was so embarrassed. My doctor help sort out my medicine, but BBG showed me how to make fitness a lifestyle. From that day when I left the doctor, I knew I had to completely change my lifestyle.
The biggest progress I have made is losing 45 pounds. I still cannot believe that I was able to stick to BBG and accomplish that. I have never been an athletic person and the old me would have never expected this. However, I have also never had more energy and self confidence in my whole life. I love the skin I am in now and even though I still have fitness goals to reach, I am not ashamed of who I am now. I am proud.
I used the BBG training guide, but I was unable to use the Nutrition H.E.L.P. Guide. In the beginning when I was getting my health evaluated, I also found out I am allergic to a lot of things. For example, yeast, vanilla, pepper, pineapple.. so instead I changed my diet to eating paleo and cut out all processed food. I have never felt better.
Thank you so much. All my love and appreciation for Kayla and her team. You have no idea how much this life overhaul was needed. My doctor says I am back in good health and I am so excited to keep going!"
