This is the lovely @harrielouc who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla,

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you. Your guide is amazing! I was never particularly active, but was always happy with the way I looked. Then I started dating my boyfriend and fell into a rut of movies, popcorn and takeaway! I stopped exercising altogether, but kept eating. Before I knew it, three years had passed and I'd put on 2 stone in weight and was buying clothes 2-3 sizes bigger. I started following you on Instagram in December and while everyone else was eating their Christmas choccy and mince pies, I started BBG weeks 1-12. I'm now almost finished and I can't wait to start Weeks 13-24!

I have so much more energy and I can really see a difference in my body :) So far I have lost 1.5 stone and am throwing out lots of my big clothes! I didn't use the nutrition guide, but have been eating 6 small well-balanced healthy meals and that's definitely making a difference too. This is the lovely Sophie who sent me this email:

"Dear Kayla,

I can't thank you enough for the motivation that I needed to get fit again and actually enjoy working out. The photo on the left is late November 2014 and the right is last night (4/3/15). Your BBG Guide has been the perfect supplement to the training I've been doing for a big marathon in 3 weeks time. My visible difference may not seem considerable but I definitely feel waaaay more strong and fit. In particular, your guide has increased my core strength hugely and I am now able to carry a FULL 30-40L backpack while continuously running for 20-25km. I also have so much more energy than I used to and am so happy with my body and my health.
