This week I have two incredible transformations to share with you girls, both of these amazing women have worked SO hard and achieved inspiring results!
This is the lovely @angelica_winns who sent me this email:
“My entire life, I have never been happy with my body. In fact, even showing my "before" picture makes me a little anxious. That was a person who was unhealthy, depressed, and simply not the person I knew I could be. I have always had bigger hips and thighs and always compared myself to the naturally thin girls - thinking there was something wrong with me. Recently, I made it my mission to put everything I had into becoming a "me" that I loved and could be proud of. I decided there would be more "doing", less whining and no more excuses.
Thanks to you and your program, I have not only transformed my body, but my mind as well. I am proud of the woman who got up at 4am before going to work just to get my workout in. I'm so much more confident, happy, strong and healthy! :) And it's crazy to think that there is only a 7lb difference between these photos!”

This is the lovely @laurenbbg24 who sent me this email:
“I used to be very active and loved playing various sports throughout my life. I played basketball in high school, but as soon as I entered college (university), I had no more sports practices or basically any physical activity. Where I am from (California), there is this term called the “freshman 15”. This is a humorous term that means when you become a freshman in college you gain 15 extra pounds because of all the food you eat in college and because of the adjustment to the new schedule of college. This happened to me. I got stuck in my lazy lifestyle and I gained 15 pounds. I decided to change my life when I realized I had stopped exercising and eating well. I found out about BBG from a friend back in January 2015.
Since the start of BBG, my life has completely changed. At first I could do around 3 burpees and now when Kayla says do 15, I can finally do them all! I feel so strong and much more confident about my body and no longer dread bikini season! This guide has been the only guide that works for me, helps me stay motivated, and has amazing progress results.
My starting weight was 136 pounds and today I currently weigh 120. I only used the BBG guide but I have definitely changed my eating habits to a more healthy diet as well.”
