Although transformation photo's are such incredible motivation, I find that often the stories behind those transformations are even more inspiring! Here are two that I received recently.
@thehealthyveggie said that she decided to change her lifestyle because she was tired of looking at herself in the mirror and being unhappy.
In her email she said - "I was tired of being self conscious and feeling absolutely miserable. I have tried so many different popular exercise programs and none of them worked for me. The workouts were long, I got bored doing the same moves over and over again. Since starting Kayla's guide I have not been bored once. The workouts are fun and quick and its really exciting to move on to the next week and see yourself improve and go through the circuits faster. Now I actually look forward to exercise. My "I have to work out" has turned into "I get to work out" and I can FINALLY do real push ups! I even did a few clap push-ups when Kayla challenged us a few weeks ago. Because of Kayla's guide and constant motivation on her Instagram page and blog, she has given me the confidence to go hiking in my sports bra, to go to the park in shorts and not feel ashamed or embarrassed. There is a confidence that I have never had before. Kayla has truly changed my life and I am forever grateful to her."
