The girls featured in my transformations have all worked SO hard! Their stories keep me motivated on a daily basis to better myself and help others do the same. Will it be easy? NO. But it definitely will be worth it! 



This is @melaverde91 from Italy. She said in her first photo, she was not eating healthily. She had a lot of junk food and sweets. She tried to 'run it off' but ended up putting her body under even more stress! Then, she found my Instagram page and purchased my guides. In the first few weeks of using my guides she had already lost 2 kgs! Her metabolism, energy, happiness and most importantly confidence have all improved. She now has a love for fitness again! Well done!!
