Transformations that will SHOCK you!

OMG! I had to share these photo's with you all. Two incredible transformations by two beautiful and very hard working ladies. Check them out! 





@sarahmeagher looking SO good after 11 weeks using my guide!! She has worked extremely hard for these results. I am so proud of you!! 

@emilydyson12 after completing my 12 week Bikini Body Training Guide!! She said  "I feel SO much happier and healthier - it has been such a lifestyle change for me in both exercise and nutrition! I lost quite a lot of weight before starting bbg so I have only lost a little bit of weight (maybe 1kg) but have dropped a dress size on my bottom half!! This is due to gaining muscle but losing fat! I have NEVER had a flat tummy so there's been a bit of resistance there and ideally I would like some more ab definition (I can feel them on their way) but I think that will take a bit more time for my body! And now I'm off travelling with a million bikinis".
