I get SO excited when it's time for me to share transformations each month!! I love sitting down to look through the progress photo's and amazing stories associated with them. Thank you so much for sharing them with me, girls. I know it can be a little nerve-racking for some of you to openly share these images but I want you to know that by doing so, you are helping and inspiring other girls to begin their journey to healthier and happier lifestyle.
Firstly, I just want to say that it's not always about losing weight. It's about health and strength. These girls were small to begin with yes, but they did NOT feel healthy!
@0403natalie has finished the 12 weeks and said deciding to follow my guides was a HUGE lifestyle change, but it was one of the best things she could have ever done. She has learnt so much about herself both physically and mentally, and is going to continue to use the guides to see how far they can take her. @krogert has been feeling so much better! She is a Type 1 Diabetic. She says that she didn't notice the change in her body until her partner pointed it out after he hadn't seen her in a month!
