This is @cattyelizabethnobleI just 8 weeks into my Bikini Body Training Guide! In her touching email to me, she wrote "You don't know this but you inspired me to keep myself healthy and fit while mum battled cancer. For a while I started to forget to look after myself not on purpose but because I was mums full time carer and all my time and energy went to her. After a long year I lost my mum due to cancer June this year, it has been the hardest year of my life but 8 weeks ago I decided that's it I'm getting back to what I love, being healthy. You inspired me to get myself fit and healthy and back to what I love playing sport and helping others."

Meet, Anna! She has just completed my 12 week Bikini Body Training Guide - woohoo! In her email to me she wrote, "I want to tell you that before I started this guide, I was comfortable in my own skin, I liked the way I looked - BUT I always wanted to FEEL better about myself too. I would look in the mirror, feel pretty and think I looked good in my skinny jeans, but I always was pulling, tweaking and stretching out my shirt to make sure no one saw the "rolls" that I had. I was always active in high school and college; from dance to cheerleading to sports like soccer and softball. When my husband and I got married 1 year ago on October 11, 2013 I had lost about 12 pounds before the wedding. I was "skinnier" because I was stressed, but not FIT. After the wedding, we gained what we like to call the "married 15." I stepped on the scale and saw 153 pounds - the heaviest I have been (I am 5'5) and knew I wanted to make a change. So I set out on this 12 week journey with 3 things on my mind - to be Fit, Healthy and make a Lifestyle change. I have always been a healthy eater - I have been Gluten Free for 5 years and with that come a healthier eating lifestyle - I grew up in a family where we just ate "healthy" Meat, Veggies, Fruits, Grains - you name it. But until I started your guide, I started to really understand what "healthy" eating meant. Your workouts, healthy lifestyle and inspiration has meant a ton to my life. I am happier, healthier, I have more energy and I love the way I look. I also have not had as many gut issues since I started working out and eating so healthy and clean. So THANK YOU Kayla for putting this together for girls like me, who want to be fit, healthy and to make a lifestyle change. I went from 153 pounds to 137 pounds. A size 6/8 to a size 2/4. I am able to do pushups like nobody's business and every workout kicks my butt - even in week 12."
