Here is another awesome Transformation Tuesday. These girls have put incredible effort into their transformations and it just goes to show if you put your mind to it and work hard, you too can achieve these results! I loved reading their stories, so motivational and inspiring.
This is @cindy3_, she has completed the first Bikini Body Training Guide and wrote this lovely email to me, "I wanted to change and live a different lifestyle, I was always an active person and went to the gym before starting the BBTG program, but found myself putting on too much muscle. I became too bulky and it just wasn't what I wanted, I wanted to become lean but gain strength also. After purchasing the BBTG & HELP Guide I quickly came to understand that a lot of this comes down to nutrition and portions of your food, which is something I never knew too much about. The workouts are just a killer but I get the most enjoyment out of them each day I train they really do start my day and I feel amazing after. I am confident, I am lean, I have grown muscle and strength, I am full of energy all the time and so much more determined to achieve my goals and keep pushing myself to the limits. There have been tough times through this but my muscles burning, heart pumping, and every drop of sweat has been completely worth it. I wouldn't change a thing. Most of all taking a picture and seeing your progress and how much you can truly achieve if you put your mind to it, and have that motivation is unbelievable. It really is achievable. This is @holly_mcgraw's amazing transformation after completing the 12 week Bikini Body Training Guide in her email to me she wrote, "I was always very active, however I ate what I wanted and wasn't well educated on how I should be treating my body. I thought the key to losing weight was to run, I tried to run off everything I ate which resulted in me burning out very easily and feeling sluggish and tired all the time. But since finishing your guide I have learnt the importance of a healthy lifestyle. I loved that it was a lifestyle and not just a '14 or 28 day fix'.
