Transformations Not To Be Missed!

These transformations are a true testament to the saying "work hard and you will be rewarded". I love reading the stories that come with transformations! it is so inspiring to hear about all the various reasons why girls have decided to improve their health and lifestyle! It makes me so happy to see their new found confidence and overall happiness  :) 


This is @caliciscalzi who has completed the 12 week Bikini Body Training Guide. In her email to me she wrote "I started BBTG on August 18 because during the summer I put on weight,  just a little bit but I didn't like it. In the past I have gone to the gym and done swimming but I didn't see any results and always ate unhealthy. My sister told me about Kayla's guide and I thought "Why not?" The first week was the worst, I kept saying "I'll fail" and "I'll never finish this" because I did not believe in myself, I was insecure and not confident in my body, luckily I was wrong! This guide has changed my life for the better: since I have started the guide I eat better, think positively and I like working out so much now! Now I believe in myself, I know that I can do anything, and I've fallen in love with my body and in particular my abs (I didn't think I would get them!!). I'm a new girl both mentally and physically. I finished the BBTG last Sunday on my birthday! I'll remember this experience for the rest of my life but I'm not finished yet because I've started BBTG2.0 and I'm stronger than ever before. Thank you so much for all you do, I needed you and your guide."

Sweat with Kayla

This is @sarrecooke she is up to Week 8 of the BBTG and is looking amazing already! This is what she wrote to me in her email - " I am so happy with my results using the Bikini Body Guide. I have completed 8 weeks of the guide and I am already feeling stronger, healthier and more confident! After a summer of unhealthy choices I decided it was time to change my lifestyle. I am a University Nursing student so it can be difficult to balance class, clinical, exercise and have a social life. The guide is perfect for me because the workouts are quick and super effective :) I look forward to exercising now! I am going to continue a healthy lifestyle and keep going strong during the workouts for the remaining month, then onto 2.0! I can't wait to see more results, Thanks Kayla!".
