Here are some motivating transformations from two gorgeous girls who both have completely different body types, yet still achieved amazing and toned results! Reading these two girls' stories warmed my heart. Each and every one of us face difficulties at some point in our lives and it is how we handle those difficult times that ultimately decide the life we live! I am SO happy that @_rachelanderson and @joannesantos are both confident and living healthy lives, inside and out!

This is @_rachelanderson and she has completed the 12 week BBTG, in her lovely email to me she wrote "I am from Scotland and have followed you on Instagram for a while and saw the amazing results others girls had gotten from using the guide. I have always been fairly small built and exercised regularly but during the summer my eating habits had gone down hill and I wasn't exercising as much. I wanted to make a change to feel healthier and 12 weeks later after buying and completing the guide, as well as eating better, I feel great. I'm happier, fitter and stronger! For me it wasn't about losing the weight but gaining muscle and toning up and I am so pleased with the results. Things I couldn't do very well at the start I can now and exercises I thought I wouldn't be able to do I can! Having underwent major leg surgery 2 years ago which left me with virtually no muscle in my leg, this is the strongest and best I have felt since. It was great to continually see progress, not only in how my body looked but how it felt and to feel improvement in my own abilities. I feel much more confident and happy in myself now and can't wait to continue with the guides and keep seeing more progress :)

This is the amazing @joannesantos who sent this lovely email to me "Every year I say I am going to get that summer body and this year I finally decided to do something about it. My friend Gardenia started your guide and transformed her bod/lifestyle which inspired me to start my own journey. When I was young I was heavily overweight (20kg bigger than I am now, tipping a size 18-20), as I grew older I grew taller and dropped a lot of weight which I was thankful for, however I've never been able to tone up. I thought this was because I had excess skin from being larger and that I would have to have surgery in order to get rid of it.  Seeing incredible results of the BBTG and HELP Guide within a close friend motivated me to jump on board. 

I'm not going to lie, the first few weeks were tough but after that I began to love it! In the past I have cut out carbs in order to 'lose weight'. When starting the BBTG I told myself I would follow the eating/nutrition guide to a tee. At first I felt I was eating a lot of carbs and protein. I then realised that all the food I was required to eat was essential for the amount of exercise I was completing. In fact, by eating all the 'right' foods in the correct proportions, I began to stay fuller for longer, my skin got better and overall I felt more energised. Not only has the HELP guide educated me in my daily food intake but also has regained my love for cooking. I now cook healthy meals for the entire family who have also jumped into a healthier lifestyle. 

Initially I started the BBTG in order to tone up and feel comfortable in clothes, I never expected it to change my entire lifestyle. Exercise has now become a part of my daily routine, as has cooking all these delicious meals! I just want to say thank you again for creating this guide and helping me start my journey/change my lifestyle for the better :)

Well done @joannesantos!! You have come so far and I am so happy you have adopted a healthier lifestyle that both you and your family love. Those abs are coming along nicely! Woohoo!

Both of these girls are proof that if you truly want something and put your mind to it, anything is possible!
