Transformation Motivation - Kickstart 2015!

Here are two amazing transformations to help kickstart a new year! These girls have put in incredible amounts of effort and their hard work has really paid off. Read their stories below to gain the motivation you need to make 2015, the best one yet!

This is the lovely @giorgia_south who sent me this email: "I had been exercising for a few years before starting your guide.  I would spend hours in the gym and I would walk out feeling like I’ve done nothing. Then of course I didn’t see results.  As I wasn’t seeing results I was unmotivated and would skip the gym for weeks.  I thought I was living a healthy lifestyle but I wasn’t.  I have never been confident with my body.  I knew I wasn’t extremely overweight but I still didn’t feel good and hated the way I looked.  I feel so confident now! I’ve learnt to not compare myself to others but to focus on myself and understand that everyones body’s are different. Starting your guide has honestly been the best decision I’ve made for myself. I’m happy to say that i will continue to live a healthy and active lifestyle for the rest of my life now thanks to you :)  I have gained so much more knowledge about health and fitness and I wake up everyday full of energy and I feel amazing :)"

This is the amazing @meg_elizabethralph who sent me this email: "So here is my story, briefly.. I never really struggled with weight. I used to be pretty active and naturally ate quite healthily. This was up until about two and a half years ago when I lost my Sister aged 13, we were very close. It was very hard for me and still is to this day, but along with other things I let go of living the healthy life style, diet and exercise became pretty much non existent for me. Until I came across your Instagram profile and decided to change things around for the better because the way I was living wasn't healthy for me physically or emotionally. It hasnt been easy but its been so worth it. Thank you Kayla x".
