This week I am sharing two more amazing transformations sent to me by some inspiring girls who have put in A LOT of hard work and achieved incredible results. 


This is the lovely @claire_a_benson in her email she wrote "Before I started your guides, I was working out 3-4 times a week (mostly elliptical) and eating whatever I wanted. I was experiencing a very demanding course load at my college, and health fell out of my top priorities.  I decided I had to make a change when all of my pants were fitting too snug for my liking, and I didn't feel confident in clothes unless my whole body was covered (usually with a loose top).  When I found your Instagram, not only was I inspired by your success, I also loved the idea of following a planned schedule of workouts.  Having a plan helped me so much!  After I finished BBG1 I was feeling super confident and I loved seeing all of the changes in my progress pictures.  My clothes fit better, and I loved how strong I was beginning to feel.  Now, after finishing BBG2, I feel stronger than ever!  I love the feeling of challenging myself in the gym and seeing results along the way. I only used BBG1 and BBG2, I didn't purchase H.E.L.P. I am about to re start weeks 13-24, and will this time focus more on my diet so that I can continue to see changes in my body."

This is the amazing @jcscheuren.bbg who sent me this email "I've always worked out. But never found something that truly worked for me. In high school I was anorexic and bulimic and worked out for hours and hours a day. Then I went to college and drank quite often and ate junk. I moved back home and the weight still wasn't budging.
