Two more inspiring transformations to share with you!! I am SO proud of these two girls, the amount of effort they have put in is definitely obvious in their awesome transformations!
This is the amazing Shannon, who sent me this touching email "Before trying your guide I was so unhappy about my appearance and had no confidence at all. I've always struggled keeping my weight where I wanted it to be and I was always so embarassed about it. I live in a beautiful coastal community where going to the beach is just part of daily life. However, I have never had the confidence to wear togs in public so I've always felt left out when my friends and family go to the beach.
I found Kayla's Instagram page and was immediately inspired. I've tried a lot of different ways to lose weight and feel confident but nothing ever worked for me. I saw all the girls on Kayla's page and the amazing transformations they were getting and I knew that I wanted to be one of those girls. I want to enjoy living near the beach and I wanted to be included in activities that involved swimming in public.
I'm now currently on week 9 of BBG and I've noticed a huge change in my appearance and self confidence. I'm now able to wear clothes that I've always loved but never thought looked good and all my friends and family have noticed the change. I'm no longer embarrassed about my body and I have even bought a bikini! I'm well on my way to wearing a bikini for the first time in my entire adult life this summer. I can't thank Kayla enough for giving me confidence and a life that I've wanted for years. This guide has made me enjoy exercise again and now I don't go a day without doing something physical! I feel like a new person and I have so much more energy now too. I just used the training guide and I'm 25 years old."
