"Before I started BBG, I was very unhappy with my body. I would try to find motivation to workout but nothing worked, so instead I'd spend way too much time napping and eating unhealthy food. I'd also drink alcohol at least 3-4 times a week. When I found your Instagram, I was shocked by the transformations and I decided to give it a try. In just one week I began to see changes in my energy levels and my body. Instead of wanting to take a nap like I would usually, I started wanting to exercise! This was weird for me, since I've always been a lazy person. Your guides have helped me find a healthy lifestyle I never thought I would be able to achieve, and through this lifestyle I have decreased my drinking (which I've been trying to do for years, unsuccessfully) and my binge eating. I now look forward to cooking awesome meals and working out! "Here is what I have to say about my experience with Kayla's BBG. Before starting Kayla's BBG, I had been trying to get fit for months. I did Insanity for a month, but then my school schedule just wouldn't allow me to keep up with that without getting too exhausted. So I kind of gave up for a few months until the summer. That's when I found Kayla's Instagram account while I was just browsing for some transformations to get inspired again. So before I started Kayla's guide, I basically ate whatever I wanted, trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables, but still eating whatever else I wanted. I never really placed a huge emphasis on my diet or exercise, because I was never overweight--just chubby. However, after researching about Kayla's guide, something clicked for me. I felt like I could really do this. By this time, I had procrastinated for about half a year after the Insanity workout program and I felt like it was time to set a new goal. I had no idea whether it would work out for me or not, but thankfully it's been an amazing journey. With each and every day, I love this guide more. It really made me feel like it was just Kayla and me, like she was right here coaching me. I didn't use the nutritional guide. I just became a lot more conscious about what I put into my body, and I think that has helped a lot. I'll start incorporating the guide when I return to my country, since I'm on an exchange semester in Germany. 

Aside from seeing incredible results in my progress pictures (which, by the way I never thought I would be making one of those transformation photos myself!), I think this whole getting fit thing really helped me with my self-confidence. It was a very gradual change, but even when I didn't notice a difference in my appearance, other people started noticing a difference and complimenting me about how fit I look. I think deciding to get fit is more of a mental challenge than anything. It's taught me to be kind to myself, to give myself only the best, because I deserve it. I thought to myself, "If I work so hard on my body, then it'll take a LOT of effort for anyone to get close to this Holiness." So now, if I'm not treated with enough respect, I have no problem saying no, because I feel confident that I can do better. 

For me, the transformation wasn't so dramatic, but I could definitely see that my belly didn't hang over my jeans anymore, and that my arms looked more toned. 

Oh, another thing! I have gotten so many compliments from workers at my gym who tell me "Good job!" or "You really know what you're doing." And to think I was the girl who dreaded going to the gym and didn't know how 90% of the gym equipment worked. Oh, how things have changed! Now working out has become part of my life. It's become almost therapy for me--somewhere that I can be with my thoughts, alone. I always feel so accomplished after each workout. I'm also always a sweaty mess, but I love it! 

Here is what I'd like to say to Kayla: 

I never thought I would be sending my progress pictures, because I never thought I'd see such a huge difference, but here I am, proudly sending them to you. I'm not going to lie. Your guide is tough and sometimes it was hard to get myself to do your workouts. I'm a busy college student on exchange in Germany (which means a lot of travel around Europe!), so when I have the chance to stay home and relax, it's sometimes a struggle to pack my gym stuff and head out, but every single time I finish one of your workouts, I feel amazing. I never liked going to the gym, nor did I enjoy running, but now I've learned to love it. I didn't realize that my body had changed until I saw my progress pictures, because the change was very gradual, but it's taught me to be patient and that every step counts. Thank you so much for creating such an incredible guide. You really pushed me to strive to be a better version of myself and it has helped me so much with not only my own body image, but also other aspects of my life. I'm currently an exchange student studying in Germany and I've taken a lot of time to travel around Europe, so my sleeping pattern and eating habits have been affected, but I never let myself fall completely off track, because I know that every workout session I do will bring me closer to my own happiness. I'm now on Guide Two and I'm LOVING it! I love how you really don't make getting fit seem easy. You tell it like it is. It's just hard work, and there's no easy way around it. Every time I do your workouts, I get into this mental zone that pushes me to train harder every single time. Getting fit is really more mental than anything. I used to focus more on losing weight, but after using your guide, I've incorporated squatting with weights and deadlifts to build strength and really shape my body. Thank you so much, Kayla.
