These two girls have put in SO much hard work and they look incredible! It just goes to show what you can achieve in 12 weeks if you really put your mind to it.

"Before BBG 1.0 I hardly did any physical activity and hated P.E at school with a passion, so when I bought your guide a lot of people were surprised haha! I decided to try out the guide as I saw all the amazing transformations that had been done and I didn't want to just sit around becoming unhealthy so I set myself a goal when I bought it that I would complete the whole 12 weeks even through blood, sweat and tears! After completing the whole 12 weeks, I feel so motivated, strong and fit and even look forward to coming home from school and doing your workouts!  I feel so much healthier after doing the guide and can't wait to see how you are going to push my body to even more limits in BBG 2.0 !"

"Hi my name is Cathy i am 25 years of age and I have struggled with confidence issues my whole life, after suffering with horrendous bullying during my school years. I began to struggle with eating disorders and I became bulimic, I dealt with this for over 10 years this is something I hid away from everyone and I even denied I had a problem myself.
After having health problems last year and struggling with my weight constantly going up and down, I decided it was time to try and make a change. I started exercising and improving my fitness then one day I discovered the Kayla Itsines Facebook page and I was instantly inspired to change my lifestyle. I started the bikini body guide, this guide taught me so much all about the importance of being strong and fit and how I actually need more food to be able to accomplish my goals. With the help of these guides and the help from my trainer I have been able to not only improve my strength and my health I have managed to change my way of thinking. I no longer fear food I managed to over come bulimia, I'm now a happy person and I like me for me. These guides really are truly amazing."
