Amazing Tuesday Transformations

 This week I am bringing you two more incredible transformations by these two girls who have put in SO much hard work!

This is the lovely @healthyclaudia_ who sent me this email:

"I've been using the BBG and HELP guides since Oct 2014. My biggest struggle prior to starting the guides was eating healthy and not eating enough. I have never struggled with my weight but have always had a difficult time eating healthy. I used to have this mentality of "I'm skinny, I don't have to eat healthy" back in high school. I used to eat about twice a day, snack on junk food and drink very little if any water on a daily basis. I always felt tired and had very little energy. It was not until I had two family members from each side of my family pass away because of diabetes that I realized that eating healthy is not only for those who want to lose weight. I started my journey to try to eat as healthy and clean as possible, but I had no idea what or how much to eat. Your guide has made me realize that I was actually not eating enough. Not enough carbs, not enough protein, not enough vegetables/fruits on a daily basis. I have so much more energy now and I feel great. This is my second round of the BBG 1.0 and I love all of the changes that my body has made thus far. I feel stronger and leaner, but most importantly I know that my body is getting the fuel that is necessary on a daily basis. I cannot wait to complete your guide and move on to Bikini Body 2.0. This is the lovely @brittloomis1604 who sent me this email:

"Hi Kayla, after starting your workout 15 weeks ago I wasn't sure how I was going to like it. I saw a lot of before and after pictures and knew I wanted one just like it! I have always ran and worked out and worked hard to sweat every day somehow. I wasn't eating as well as I should've been and the unhealthy lifestyle of too much exercise and the wrong foods were holding me back from feeling good about myself inside and out. I bought your "bundle" and decided that I would try it and commit myself to 12 weeks of the work out and do my best with eating right (I have 2 kids so quinoa and 100% healthy aren't always easy lol). I noticed myself feeling so much better in the mornings after 2weeks. I used to NEED coffee to wake me up and even more to get moving. I committed to 12 solid, amazing weeks and knew it was time for 2.0. I'm terrible at taking pictures of progress but today I thought it seemed like a good time to take one. I hadn't noticed a big difference myself. I wasn't necessarily unhappy with the way I looked before just the way I felt so keeping an eye on inches or pounds wasn't a priority. But after taking one and putting them side by side I can say I very proud of myself. I know I have my commitment to myself to thank but also the intelligence of your personal training! Being the person with a before and after picture is close to the best feeling I can think of! Writing this is me supporting you because you supported me (and you didn't even know it lol). So thanks for the amazing guides and maybe I can look forward to seeing a 3.0 in the future ;) Thank you"

 Well done @britloomis1604!! You should be SO proud of yourself, especially as a busy mum! Check out those abs! You look amazing, I loved reading your email thank you so much.

These two ladies have put in A LOT of hard work, and it has paid off! Stronger, more confident and happier than ever I am so proud of them both!
