These two incredible ladies have put in SO much hard work, dedication and effort and it shows in their transformations! I love sharing these with you, as it shows anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

This is the lovely @laylabbg who sent me this email:

 "I'm in my mid 30's and work as a ward sister at a hospital in the north of england, shift work and bad diet had left me feeling less like 'me'- the usual strong and healthy person I've always been. I knew my lifestyle and eating habits were not doing me any favours and along with this, I felt weak, tired and lethargic. I was finally feeling my age and no one likes that do they!
I found out about you after reading a newspaper article and decided to take the plunge and follow your plan, my motivation wasn't weight loss, what I wanted was a little extra body confidence, a bit of strength and to feel good, that's all, and I got it all!

I fully read the HELP guide and applied it as much as I could to my daily life however shift work did shake that up a bit and so I took some of the brilliant ideas and applied it around my work. The biggest change was eating more than I ever have and not feeling hungry. I'm really mindful of fad diets and don't agree with them because I don't think they are healthy long term but your guide is nothing like is healthy and balanced. I've told every man and his dog about Kayla Itsines and how she can change your life!

"I'm 21 and a student midwife, so I juggle a full time course, part time job and fitness but I love it! You have given me a completely new way of thinking, I truly believe I wouldn't be doing as well in all aspects of my life if I hadn't started the guides. It's all a mind set and takes dedication and discipline! I'm so proud of where I'm at and more than anything I understand what works for my body and what being healthy actually is! It's taken me so many years to understand that only eating 1000 calories isn't the way to loose weight and cardio isn't the only thing you can do for exercise. Although LISS has worked wonders for my legs haha. Thank you kayla! What you've done really is amazing!"
