Amazing Transformations To Motivate You!

These two girls emailed me their amazing transformations and after reading their stories and seeing their results, I am SOOO proud of them!

This is the beautiful @pahinagram who sent me this email:

"In high school, I had some body image issues, but never anything too serious. I was never anorexic or bulimic, but I wanted to be. I just didn't have the state of mind to do it, but I was always jealous of those girls, which is super messed up. I look back at my high school self and shake my head. I ate disgusting food all the time, drank a lot of beer, and walked on the elliptical machine for 20 minutes three times a week thinking I understood how to take care of myself. In college I took a fitness class my first semester, and started working out a little differently. It became a focus of mine, back then. But for the first three years of college I really struggled. My high school boyfriend cheated on me and we broke up, and that gave me a lot of self doubt. I spent these years completely focused on losing weight. I was doing a ton of cardio, and was obsessively counting calories. By the time my third year of college was ending, I was in a state of despair. I had tried EVERYTHING, it felt like. I had tried the Slim Fast diet, the Special K Diet, Insanity, seven days a week of cardio, eating only 1,200 calories a day. I hated myself so much because none of these things worked for me nor gave me the results I saw other people achieve. I was depressed because I thought there was something wrong with my body. I was "eating well", working out, and still I couldn't seem to lose weight. I felt myself spiralling down a depressive path of self hate, and that scared me. I started hearing about your guides around this point, but I pushed it aside because I assumed nothing would work for me. I simply didn't believe in myself enough to do it. 

Then, in August of 2014, I went to Colorado with my father and brother and we climbed the highest mountain in the American Rocky Mountains. It was the hardest thing I'd ever done, and when we finally got to the summit, I realized how strong my body was. I realized that if I pushed myself hard enough and believed, I could do anything. That's when I decided to take the first step in changing my life. When I got home from Colorado, I purchased your guide. 
I only purchased the bikini body guide, not the nutrition guide. I dedicated myself to educating myself on clean eating and really focused on that. I was amazed at how doable the plan was. I loved having the routine and when I started to see results in Week 4, my confidence skyrocketed and I kept going. I finished the first guide I'm November, and stuck to a variation of your workouts over the holidays. In the new year I bought the second BBG, with more confidence and motivation than ever. I BELIEVE in myself now, and I know I can do it. I've been pushing myself even harder this time around because I have so much more confidence, and I have been loving every workout. I finally UNDERSTAND what working out really means, and what eating well and taking care of myself means, and that all started when I bought your workout guide. 
In June 2014, when the first picture was taken, I hated myself. In all the other pictures from that day I am covering up in a towel. I didn't think I was worth anyone's time or friendship. I thought I was hideous and horrible, and I was so upset and confused as to why I couldn't lose weight. Now, I am confident, and so happy. I actually love working out and I am truly loving the journey. Your guide has made it fun and rewarding. It seriously gave me my happiness back. This spring, when I go to try on bikinis, I will not have a breakdown in the changing room as I have had in the past. I am looking forward to this summer, not dreading it. But most importantly, I now know that I can do anything - I can accomplish anything. I am so strong - thanks to you Kayla for letting me see it. 

Today my lifestyle is all about balance. I eat clean, indulge every once in a while, and am super active. I'm also more positive than I've ever been."

"Throughout high school I had always done some form of sport but didn’t like anything enough to keep at it for more than a few seasons. Gradually I got out of the habit of exercising as no sport stuck long enough. I decided to give your guide a go after discovering you on instagram and seeing all of the progress pictures you posted. Since doing BBG #1 I have definitely felt more energised and have noticed that my posture has improved. I also feel the fittest I’ve ever been. Keen and ready now for BBG 2.0! Thanks so much Kayla!”
