"Before I started using your guides my lifestyle was very inactive. I went from a job where I was on my feet all day to an office job that consists of me sitting down all day and I couldn't even remember the last time I had done any exercise. I would tell my self that I didn't like certain healthy foods just do I didn't have to eat them and before I knew it I had put on over 10kg.
I decided to change my lifestyle because I was unhappy with the way I looked and how I felt. I was always tired and run down and never had any energy or motivation. I had no self confidence due to they way I looked & as I was planning a solo overseas holiday I really wanted to be confident in myself. So one day I decided to just change my life, so I set a date a never looked back.
After using your guides I am constantly motivated and inspired. I surprise myself everyday and i's the best feeling. I feel so much more confident leading me to branch out and do new things & meet new people! I have so much energy and seeing results only makes me more motivated.
I have dropped from a size 14 pant/jean to a size 10! My weight the morning I started Kayla's guide was 78.9kg and I now weight 66.1kg which is 1.1kg away from my goal weight.
I used both the Bikini Body Training Guide and HELP Nutrition Guide - and am now on my second time around and up to week 5 so it is my 17th week.
