Transformation Tuesday

This week I have two more incredible transformations that have made me VERY proud!

This is the lovely @cristinamarie93 who sent me this email:

"I've always been really active - I swam and played water polo until college, where I just worked out on my own about 5 times a week. Along with that, I have always eaten healthy and taken good care of my body. I started to get frustrated though, because I felt like no matter how much I worked out or how healthy I ate, I never had the body I wanted.  I started doing BBG during the summer but hurt my knee, which forced me to stop working out. This combined with eating more unhealthy and drinking more than usual made me gain some weight and lose muscle tone.  I felt terrible about myself, and while on vacation in Hawaii (when the first picture was taken), I wished more than anything that I could have finished your guide and felt confident at the beach.  I started your guide again in January with my roommate, and feel SO much more energized throughout the entire day, and way more confident in myself. I went to the beach last week (which was the end of BBG week 6) and was SHOCKED at how different I looked! Although I've only lost 7 pounds, my clothes fit much better and I've gone down one pant size. I'm so excited to continue using the guides and see more progress! The whole program is so encouraging and positive, and I'm so thankful for it!"

This is the lovely @jamiebinnion who sent me this email:

"This is my 19th week on your guide and I keep getting stronger every week. I have started and completed Bikini Body Guide 1 and am now on guide 2. I also follow the nutrition guide and you don't feel like you're missing out of any food with the amazing variety of foods. The guides are amazing and not only my body is changing but also my mind set. Before starting your guides I was full of excuses and would often not exercise. After starting the guides, I no longer make excuses to do exercise, I just do it and love the results. I want to thank you for such an amazing program, I  feel healthy, happy and am more motivated than ever."

Wow!! You look amazing @jamiebinnion I am SOOO proud of you! I am so glad to hear you are feeling stronger and more confident - that is what it is all about!
