"Kayla, I wanted to write to you to say your guide (so far BBG#1) has completely changed the way that I work out and your advice on managing my food portions has also been helpful!
I’ve always been somewhat active, maintaining my weight by swimming, attending group fitness classes at the gym or working out using free weights guided by random online workouts I could find. I have always wanted to achieve a toned, lean and strong physique the way I have in my progress picture, but I never knew how to do that. I also look at this picture in admiration and can’t believe it is me!!! I can also say I have been on both ends of the spectrum – I have experienced weight gain to the point of not fitting into any of my jeans anymore, and I have also experienced losing a lot of weight during a very rough time in my life. But I also managed to spring back to a healthier weight after each of those times. I have a huge interest in fitness and health, but even with staying active, and eating relatively well all my life, I have never been able to achieve results like the way I have in my photo, in 3 months. I truly admire women like you who endorse a healthy lifestyle and eating clean. Like you, I made the choice a long time ago to abstain from drinking alcohol and engaging in other harmful social habits and I am really glad your guides support those choices as well. I follow a gluten-free diet and have been doing so for the last 7 years when I was diagnosed with Celiac disease, but being Celiac has been the biggest blessing in my life because it forced me to choose healthier options and be more creative about my menu options rather than turning to many refined gluten-free products. In regard to my eating habits and nutrition, I would say the biggest change I have made in the last three months is adding quinoa to my diet and eliminating white rice, adding a gluten-free/vegan nutritional shake that is high in protein and trying to watch my portions a little better.
I look forward to jumping on the bandwagon at Week 7 as part of the 2015 Kayla Movement so that I can improve my strength and performance on that second half of BBG#1 and be ready to commit to BBG#2. The last 12 weeks have ridiculously tested me both physically and mentally, and I am so excited to continue making progress every day. Thank you very much!"

This is the lovely @_healthyhappyrachel who is on Round 2 Week 7, she sent me this email:"Before I started BBG I almost completely fell away from exercise. I wasn't as happy with my body as I used to be and I was on a life path that I didn't want to be on. Now I've completely rediscovered my love for sport and exercise, I have so much more energy and enthusiasm, I'm so much more confident and happy with myself. I've even completely changed my career path and have recently been accepted to go to university this year to study sport and I'm also starting my fitness instructor training in April to help inspire others the way you inspired me! BBG hasn't just changed how I look but it gave me the confidence to completely change my life and I'm now the happiest I've ever been. I love the way my body looks and feels and I look forward to every workout.
