7 Week Bikini Body Guide Transformations

Both of these transformations are girls who are just over half way through completing my Bikini Body Training Guide. They both have incredible attitudes and have achieved amazing results already, I am so proud of them!

This is the lovely @hannahpayton_ who sent me this email:

"Before starting  your guides, I was going to the gym for about 2hours 6-7 times a week, but found I was not getting the results I was wanting, I never had a lot of energy and had to force myself to exercise. I started following the BBG program but still had to force myself to workout and was still always lacking energy. At the end of November, 4 weeks into your guide I went on holiday for two weeks and decided to start again once I got back, but over the Christmas/New Year period I was a bit slack with my diet and exercising. Then I saw #thekaylamovement and just had to be apart of it, that is when i decided to 100% commit myself and follow both the BBG and HELP Guides. The fist photo was taken on the 6th of Jan 2015 and the second photo was at the end of week 7 21st of Feb 2015. I have noticed a massive difference since following your nutrition guide, I am no longer always hungry or constantly craving unhealthy foods. I now feel a lot more motivated and want to exercise rather then forcing myself to do it.  Thank you so much Kayla! I'm so excited to complete BBG1.0 and then continue on with BBG2.0!! "

"As a "skinny girl" I can't tell you how discouraging and intimidating it can be to post progress pictures. People always say "oh you were fit before, or you don't even need to workout." I've been wanting to build some muscle on these long legs of mine, which always seems impossible. Before I started I was an avid yogi, and rock climber who was trying to figure out some sort of way to incorporate more cardio and body weight exercises into my daily routine, without being at the gym for an hour or two. I've hurt myself from "heavy lifting" and squatting trying to gain these same results your guide gave me. I'm only 7 weeks in, but I can't wait to see the end result. So here is my week 1 to week 7. Thank you girl!! Keep doing YOU and being awesome."
