Motivating Transformation Tuesday

This week I am sharing some incredible transformations with you, these girls have put in a ton of effort and it shows in the results they have achieved!

This is the gorgeous @harrielouc who sent me this email:

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you. Your guide is amazing! I was never particularly active but was always happy with the way I looked. Then I started dating my boyfriend and fell into a rut of movies, popcorn and takeaways! I stopped exercising altogether but kept eating. Before I knew it, three years had passed and I'd put on 2 stone in weight and was buying clothes in 2-3 sizes bigger. I started following you on Instagram and in December while everyone else was eating their Christmas choccy and mince pies I started BBG weeks 1-12 - I'm now almost finished and I can't wait to start 13-24! I have so much more energy and I can really see a difference in my body :) so far I have lost 1.5 stone and am throwing out lots of my big clothes! I didn't use the nutrition guide but have been eating 6 small well-balanced healthy meals and that's definitely making a difference too. Thank you so much for sharing your guides and your wisdom with us girlies. I owe you my confidence and I'm so much happier than I was a few months ago - I can't wait to wear my bikini in the summer!"

This is the lovely Fanny who sent me this email:

" Hi Kayla! I'm happy today to share my transformation with you. You have been the person who gave me the chance to change my life! Before starting your guide I used to eat a lot of fat, sugar and be lazy, very lazy. No sport at all and ate very unhealthy. When I saw the transformations on your Facebook, I realised that everything was possible, that I was able to do it! I've never loved my body, and I wanted to change that! Since I've started BBG, I feel stronger and more toned. My body is a new body! It has totally changed! Before I used to wear large or medium clothes, now just size small! I never thought that I would fit into that size in my life. I don't hide my stomach anymore, now I feel confident, and it's the biggest change that happened with completing the BBG! I've lost 5kg but as I have less fat and more muscles, it seems that I've lost more. I just used The Bikini Body Guide. The HELP guide is really good but I just picked some tips because I'm not able to have a meal plan. But it helpes me to know what to eat and what my body needs, not my brain ;)"
