Can't lose weight after pregnancy? Look what this amazing mum did!

I have two inspirational transformations to share with you this week, both of these girls are also Mum's who have put in a lot of effort to get to where they are now!

This is the lovely Chelsea who sent me this email:

"Before kids I was always skinny, I could eat whatever I wanted and not gain a single pound. I actually struggled with wanting to gain weight and be more "thick" I always had people tell me I was to skinny, but gaining weight was hard! However I wasn't fit at all even being "skinny". I had Logan who is almost four in March and I have struggled with my weight ever since. I had my second child Lacee almost two years ago on the side of the road in 34 degree weather here in Georgia! He father actually delivered her while my two year old son was in the back seat... So you would think that was the hardest thing my body went through, however I came across your guide which has totally kicked my butt!! I love it and so thankful I did! I was at my all time highest weight before I started your guides! I've tried many different work outs you see on tv and I never stuck to any of them more than two weeks it was just not motivating enough to keep going I wasn't seeing results and I was listening to what the scale told me! I decided to change my lifestyle because I was getting to the point of not ever wanting to leave my house or be around others especially during summer time! If there was a bikini involved you could forget about it! Plus I needed to get back some energy to keep up with my two kids! I've dropped 17 lbs in the past 8 weeks of these guides but most importantly I see the change in my pictures and it's so exciting to see myself get somewhere! I'm at my lowest weight since having kids! I'm 5'4 before kids I was 113 lbs and jan 5 the day I started I was 156.5 today I weigh 139.5 I don't have a goal weight but a goal picture! I haven't worn jeans since I had my daughter so I couldn't tell you my pant size but my leggings are lose and I WILL NOT BE IN MY HOUSE ALL SUMMER :) I can't wait to see my self in the future and I don't plan on stopping after 12 weeks! It's true what they say it's a "life style change" not a diet and an easy work out that's going to give you results over night!" 

Wow!!! You go girl!! I am SOO proud of you Chelsea! You have done such an amazing job, especially being a mummy and having to fit in your workouts around your kids. You should be very proud of yourself, I love hearing you have had a lifestyle change and are feeling more confident than ever. xx

"Before starting the guides I was in an unhealthy relationship where I ended up not caring about own my self worth, and gradually just let myself go, my bright light that used to shine gradually began to dim. Then... I fell pregnant! And in September of 2014 I welcomed a beautiful baby girl, so I had baby weight on me to lose as well! I realised the woman I was on the outside was not reflecting the strong, independent woman I was on the inside. So I purchased both of your guides and STOPPED WITH THE EXCUSES. In 5 weeks I have dropped two dress sizes, going from an 18 to a 14. Prior to your programs I never had any energy, I felt very fatigued and not how a 22 year old woman should feel.
