Amazing Bikini Body Guide Transformations

This week I have two amazing Bikini Body Guide Transformations to share with you! These girls have worked SO hard to get to where they are, and I couldn't be prouder of them!

Before starting your program, I was always quite healthy and exercised, but I could never find the motivation to really clean up my diet and exercise more regularly. Before starting the Bikini Body program, I was always yo-yo'ing from one mindset to another and this wasn't making me happy at all!! When I looked at myself in the mirror I felt kind of gross, as much as I hate to say that! My boyfriend and everyone around me have always said they love the way I look and that I don't need to change, but honestly that wasn't how I felt and no matter how much everyone would tell me I looked great, I just wasn't believing it. I wanted to change my lifestyle because I wasnt happy with my body at all and I dont think that's a very positive way to live. 
Since starting, my energy has gone up and I am finding it so so much easier to get myself out of bed in the mornings, which, only being 19 and a uni student can sometimes be so hard! I have noticed that the sizes of the skirts and pants I wear have gone down and I am liking the look of my legs much more! My arms have toned up and thinned out so much and I am noticing less fat in all areas, cellulite, etc!!!!! I feel really confident also, which is amazing, especially after only 6 weeks. My weight before starting was 56kg and I am now down to 52kg, which is great! Although I have slowly noticed my weight going back up because of muscle gain which is cool! THANK YOU"

"Before I started the BBG, my lifestyle was pretty unhealthy. I was exercising daily but my 20 something year old metabolism was gone! I had the belief that if you couldn't tone it, you could tan it!
